Liz Jackson MBE is an entrepreneur whose career defies convention. At just 25, she founded her first telesales and marketing business at the same time as becoming fully blind. What began as a bold and instinctive decision grew into a multi-million-pound company with a national footprint. Liz’s work is driven by clarity, independence and an unshakeable belief in designing systems that enable people to thrive.

Now at Initium, an employee-owned corporate finance firm, she helps founders navigate one of the biggest moments of their lives - selling their business. But her work doesn’t stop at the deal. Through Initium Fellows, she ensures leaders are supported long after the exit, building community, purpose and impact beyond wealth.

The conversation will explore vision in its truest sense. Not as a limitation, but as a source of control, choice and independence. Liz will reflect on leadership, entrepreneurship and the choices required to define success on your own terms, challenging assumptions about disability, independence and inclusion along the way.
