The emPOWER Breakfast will open its 2026 programme with a powerful morning in conversation with Antoinette de Lisser, taking place on Wednesday 11th February at Framestore and Company 3.

Launched to create space for candid conversations within the advertising, media and communications industry, The emPOWER Breakfast has become known for championing lived experience, depth and generosity alongside professional excellence.

Antoinette’s career spans decades of cultural and creative influence, from shaping brand thinking and creative strategy to founding The Legend Company. Her work within the industry has helped open doors, shift perspectives and create pathways for others, particularly those whose voices have historically gone unheard.

This opening event of the year will explore the realities behind the halcyon days of advertising,  leadership, longevity and influence. Attendees can expect a conversation rooted in honesty and humour, offering insight not just into Antoinette’s career, but into the resilience, judgement and self belief required to navigate an industry that continues to evolve.
