The emPOWER Breakfast Spotlight’s Fertility & Motherhood with Mother London’s Keeley Dwight

The emPOWER Breakfast is BACK with more POWERful conversations, continuing it’s signature style with a powerful morning lined up with Mother London Production Director Keeley Dwight, taking place on Wednesday 6th May at Framestore and Company 3.

Known for creating space for honest, human conversations within the advertising, media and communications industry, The emPOWER Breakfast also opens its doors to stories that sit just beyond the surface of professional success. This event continues that commitment, inviting a perspective that blends creative leadership with deeply personal experience.

Keeley Dwight is Production Director at Mother London, with a career that spans some of the most respected creative environments in the UK. From her early days running tapes through Soho to leading production across major agencies and global brands, Keeley has helped shape work that defines culture. Her path reflects not only craft and consistency, but a deep understanding of storytelling in its many forms.

Alongside her career, Keeley has navigated a journey to motherhood that required resilience, adaptability and, at times, extraordinary measures. It is a path that challenges traditional narratives of how families are formed, and one that remains too often unspoken.

In this conversation, Keeley will open up a space for a different kind of dialogue. One that acknowledges the complexity behind what is often simplified, and invites a more honest understanding of fertility, choice and the evolving definitions of family. With sensitivity and clarity, she brings attention to conversations around donor conception and the importance of normalising experiences that sit outside of expectation.

The morning will explore what it means to hold both a high-performing creative career and a deeply personal reality, and how openness can create connection, not only in our personal lives but within the cultures we build at work.

This event will offer a moment to reflect on empathy, leadership and the importance of making space for stories that are not always visible. Keeley’s perspective brings both depth and relatability, creating a conversation that feels considered, human and quietly transformative.
