Wellbeing Sessions with emPOWER to Support Our Community.


emPOWER is looking to curate regular wellbeing sessions for individual and corporate support, as an aid to productivity.


As the industry continues to navigate pressure, pace and change, emPOWER is creating space for restoration, nervous system regulation and meaningful connection alongside professional growth.


Many of you have asked for something ongoing. Practical, embodied support you can return to regularly. A steady rhythm of reset alongside the pace of our industry.

We are now curating a considered programme designed to help our community integrate self care into working life in a sustainable way.

These sessions will focus on emotional balance, creative clarity and long-term resilience. Where in-person, gatherings will take place in central London, with space for tea and connection afterwards.

Before confirming dates, we are inviting you to register your interest. This allows us to shape the programme around genuine demand and create something intimate, intentional and aligned with what you truly need.


Meditation & Energy Reset with Bella Clark


We are planning an intimate monthly in-person Meditation and Pranic Energy Reset with Bella Clark. A space to exhale, realign and gently recalibrate through guided meditation and subtle energetic work, designed to support mental clarity, emotional balance and sustainable wellbeing.

Bella will also be sharing themed meditation inspiration via the emPOWER App for Members each month.

Sound Healing Journeys with Nicky Palamarczuk


We are curating immersive sound experiences with Nicky Palamarczuk, founder of House of Butterfly. Drawing on science-backed sound therapy and her deep understanding of high-performance creative environments, these sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep rest.


Monthly frequency booster films with Nicky will also be shared within the app for Members.

The emPOWER Yoga Reset with Mays Al-Ali


We are developing a structured yoga offering with Mays Al-Ali, designed as an ongoing practice rather than a one-off drop-in. Blending movement, breath, somatic awareness and nutritional insight, this series will support embodied calm and long-term resilience.

Complementary in-app clips with Mays, covering yoga, meditation and nutrition, will also be available for Members.

Psychotherapeutic Team Support with Zoe Bell Burnay

We are exploring confidential 1-1 therapeutic support and in-house team sessions with Zoe Bell Burnay, a pluralistic psychotherapeutic counsellor with a senior background in the creative industries. Her trauma-informed, person-centred approach offers calm, contained support for anxiety, burnout and emotional complexity.

 ✨Pippa Hall Breathwork Will Hit Your Screens With Monthly In App Membership Sessions✨


Pippa will be hosting an online monthly Conscious Connected Breathwork session via the app for The emPOWER Breakfast Members


Conscious connected breathwork is a continuous breathing practice that helps release tension, reset the nervous system, and unlock emotional clarity. Pippa's calm practice delivers a grounded breathwork experience designed to calm the nervous system, clear mental noise and restore creative focus.


Pippa's career spans Warner Music, Skinny Dip and leading creative agencies. Breathwork is her side hustle passion and this session brings accessible, science-informed breathwork tools into real-world, high-performance environments.

Weekly In-App Yoga with Lisa Fox


Alongside the sessions we are currently curating, we are pleased to confirm that a weekly online yoga class with Lisa Fox will be available exclusively to emPOWER Members.


Led by post-producer and yoga teacher Lisa Fox, these 6.45am Tuesday morning sessions are designed specifically for busy professionals in the creative industries. Combining breathwork, mindful movement and psychological insight, they support focus, emotional balance and sustainable performance.

Grounded in the realities of modern working life and informed by Lisa’s ongoing psychotherapy training, this is a practical and compassionate space to regulate, reset and begin your day with intention.

Access to Lisa’s weekly class is included within emPOWER Membership via the app. Members will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before receiving the session link.


To join Lisa’s weekly sessions, simply access them through the emPOWER App as part of your Membership.

 

Creating Space, Together

The in-person sessions will be hosted in W1. Creating space to pause, breathe and connect is no small thing and the connection between nervous system regulation, mental and physical wellbeing and productivity and creativity is undeniable. Investing in your own or your teams wellbeing is crucial to maintain an edge in business.


From March, Members will also receive free monthly wellbeing content within the emPOWER App, including guided meditation, breathwork, yoga and frequency sessions designed specifically for busy professionals in the creative industries.


If you are already a Member, you can access this content directly via the app. If not, this is another way to begin building wellbeing into your routine and corporate membership means you can gift the app access to your teams and begin a conversation that supports your people.
