Zoe Bell Burnay is a pluralistic psychotherapeutic counsellor with a background in the advertising and creative industries, where she held senior production roles at agencies including Mother and Saatchi & Saatchi. Drawing on her own lived experience of trauma and recovery, Zoe creates safe, confidential spaces for clients to explore stress, anxiety and emotional challenges at their own pace. Her adaptable, person-centred approach empowers individuals to build resilience, self-awareness and lasting wellbeing.
Nicky Palamarczuk is the founder of House of Butterfly and a sound healer known for creating deeply calming, immersive sound journeys that support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep rest. With nearly two decades in senior leadership roles within the advertising industry, including nine years at Dare and nine at VCCP heading up Social and Influencer Marketing, she led high-profile pitches and worked across major brands such as Cadbury, O2, easyJet and Compare the Market. Years spent in fast-paced, high-pressure environments gave Nicky a deep understanding of stress and burnout, insight that now informs her healing practice. Blending science-backed sound therapy with intuitive, heart-led work, she uses quartz crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes and gentle ritual to guide people into calm, grounded presence. Nicky works across community spaces, retreats, private events and corporate settings, creating accessible and inclusive experiences that help people reconnect and restore balance.
Bella Clark is a Pranic Therapist and Well-Being Facilitator with a background in the high-pressure world of film and TV. After experiencing profound personal loss and burnout, she discovered the power of Pranic Therapy and has since dedicated her career to helping others manage stress, release trauma and restore balance. Combining her lived experience with deep training in energy work, yoga and meditation, Bella empowers individuals and organisations to cultivate resilience, clarity and lasting wellbeing.
Before stepping fully into her healing workand after many years navigating the high-intensity world of crew management & the creative industries, she took the life-changing decision to pursue Pranic Therapy full-time - driven by the profound results she experienced in her own life and those of her clients.
Her journey into Pranic Therapy began during a time of deep personal upheaval now, Bella empowers others to access this same inner strength through Pranic Therapy treatments, meditation workshops, seminars and courses across London and Surrey. Her work helps people break through stress, anxiety, and emotional patterns - unlocking clarity, confidence, and long-term resilience.
With a background rooted in fast-paced creative industries Bella brings a deep understanding of the pressure many professionals face. Whether supporting corporate leaders, creatives, performers or carers, her mission is to make healing practical, accessible, and transformative.
Mays is a yoga practitioner and teacher with more than fourteen years of dedicated study. Her sessions blend Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, Yin with Yoga Nidra, pranayama and meditation, creating experiences that are grounding, intuitive and deeply restorative.
As a Reiki Master and quantum energy healer, Mays brings a thoughtful, subtle energetic layer that supports both body and mind.
Mays has also completed compassionate enquiry training with Dr Gabor Mate in trauma-informed somatic therapy, integrating these insights into her practice to support deeper nervous system regulation and embodied presence, helping participants move not just with their bodies, but through held tension, stress and emotional patterns with compassion and awareness. Alongside her yoga teaching, Mays is a registered Functional Nutritionist and Naturopath with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, specialising in areas that include corporate burn out & stress, gut health, hormone balance, liver detoxification & cancer and disordered eating. Her holistic approach connects movement, breath and nourishment to support sustainable wellbeing alongside the tools of science and functional medicine.
Pippa is a breathwork facilitator with a long-standing career in the creative industries. After starting out at Warner Music, she went on to co-found photographers’ agency Skinny Dip before working agency-side as an art buyer at HHCL and CHI & Partners during its creative peak. Now based in Brighton, she works with leading production companies including Not To Scale, alongside completing two years of specialist training in downregulating and conscious connected breathwork. Having spent decades in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, she is passionate about bringing breathwork into the advertising industry as a practical, grounded tool to support nervous system regulation, clarity and sustainable creativity.
Lisa Fox is a yoga teacher whose practice grew from many years of personal exploration and the completion of her first 200-hour teacher training two years ago. Her teaching centres on accessible, thoughtful yoga that weaves together breathwork, mindful movement, reflection and yogic wisdom to support focus and mental wellbeing. Deeply interested in the connection between mind and body, Lisa’s work is informed by her ongoing part-time training in psychotherapy, bringing a compassionate and psychologically aware approach to her classes. Alongside her teaching, she works full-time in post-production, grounding her practice in the realities of modern working life. Lisa offers a range of classes, from gentle, restorative flows to more dynamic vinyasa practices, and also works with meditation and cacao ceremonies to create space for deeper reflection, connection and intention-setting.
